Hi, I'm Randy Ekakitie
For the past 15 years, Randy has worked as a Chartered Engineer, Sales and Business Leader across the energy, mining, minerals, metals, and oil and gas industries.
He has led teams, managed complexity, carried commercial responsibility — and experienced first-hand the leadership, communication, and confidence challenges that many technical and sales professionals face as they step into senior roles.
Today, he helps Sales Leaders, Engineering Leaders, and Technical Professionals develop the leadership, communication, and mindset skills needed to lead with influence, impact, and excellence.

Randy also holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Master’s in Oil and Gas Engineering from the University of Salford, allowing him to bridge engineering excellence with commercial success.
